HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Scroll down below and add a gift certificate to your shopping cart in $10 increments. For example, if you want to purchase a gift certificate of
$100, you would add 10 certificates to your shopping cart. When you
complete your purchase and your order is processed, we will manually
create your gift certificate and send it to you via email as a JPG
file. Please include the recipient's name and a brief message in the
comment section during checkout.
(Plant Points are non-redeemable towards purchase of a gift certificate. Purchases must be made with credit card, money order or PayPal only. Please allow up to 1
business day to complete this process. To comply with anti-spam
regulations, we can email the file only to you. Please make sure your
email filters are set to accept messages from cobraplant.com.)
HOW TO SEND YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE:
When you receive the JPG file, you can either print it out on photo paper or forward the JPG file to the lucky recipient.
HOW TO ACTIVATE A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Each gift
certificate contains a unique code. The lucky recipients receiving the
certificate will need to enter that code online to activate the gift
certificate. If they do not have an account with us, they will need to
create one before they could use the gift certificate.
HOW TO PURCHASE WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
When
their gift certificate is activated, your recipients can use the
certificate to purchase products throughout this website. On checkout,
they can indicate how much of the certificate they want to apply to
their order, including shipping and handling. If the value of their
order is greater than the value in their account, they will need to
indicate a form of payment to cover the balance. If the value of the
order is less than their gift certificate, a balance will be held in
their account. They can then apply that balance to a future purchase.
YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE IS SAFE:
When you
purchase your gift certificate, the funds will be available
indefinitely until you use it. It never expires, it never depreciates,
and you are never docked an inactivity fee like other gift cards. The
best part is that you can never lose your gift certificate because you
