I ordered my plants back in Jan while on R&R from Iraq. They told me it was too cold to ship much to my disappointment. They offered to hold onto plants until my return to the Good Ole US! I have to say when I unwrapped them it was the Christmas I missed! The plants were healthy and the only complaint I have was a lot of tape! But they were perfectly safe and healthy! Thanks guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Your nursery is by far the best I have ordered from. My Cephalotus arrived in perfect condition and is doing great. Another expertly packed order with great customer service. I'll definitely be back.

Yesterday I received my first order from you, and I am pleased. Packaging was wonderful, and the quality of my Nepenthes 'Miranda" when I took it out is rivaled only by one members only company I have bought from. It had very deep red leaves and two pitchers that were full of color and completely undamaged. Even more, I discovered that the plant has two growth points, which will hopefully end up being 2 vines from the pot. I most certainly will be ordering from you again. Thank you

Plants arrived in perfect state and are thriving. I placed then on the east side of my house where they get at least 6 hours of direct sunlight and since this is the rain season they get wet almost daily, two of them are already flowering. Thanks for a great product.

I own 11 great plants from SNW and own both their e book and disk 1 of their DVD series. I have to say that their plants have always arrived within 3 days of the shipping date, and they all came with a USPS tracking number. The plants were all packaged to my highest standards and were healthy and very large. Their ebook and the DVD are for sure the most informative resources on cultivating cps. Sadly two of my Drosera filliformis died from what I later learned was root damage on my part, but still SNW sent me two replacement sundews just in case of the small possibility that the deaths were caused by shipping. They also responded to my emails very quickly. In conclusion, if you have any doubts about ordering from SNW just click buy!

My Pinguicula primuflora arrived today, and I wasn't even surprised that you guys have done it again. It's beautiful; very wet, big, unique, and it already has a lot of bugs caught. There is a noticeable new growth point that looks like it will be ready to split Spring 2011 or 2012. Also, I got a lot of soil (peat/perlite) for what I paid compared to other sites. It's mixed in very well, and will work great with the 4-inch pot I bought from here too! It's a giant compared to the 3-inch pots. I just got my Ping, but I already have another cart full of items. Sarracenia Northwest, you provide the best carnivorous plants. If ANYONE wants to buy a carnivorous plant, they should go here.

I just got my Cephalotus follicularis and Sarracenia x 'Judith Hindle' today. The Sarracenia was very beautiful and big too. I'm very excited because this is my first Sarracenia. Also, my Cephalotus is a beautiful purple. It has a diameter less than the diameter of a quarter, but I love it! It's my most prized possession (from my carnivorous plants). This is my third order, I already ordered another plant, and you can bet there will be a 5th order from me.
